Performance profile

CJF-T610 water repellent agent is a kind of fluorinated water repellent agent, suitable for all kinds of fiber, with the following properties:

1, can give natural fiber and chemical fiber excellent waterproof and oil repellent properties;

2, and other chemicals have good compatibility, can be used with the same resin and other commonly used reagents;

3, good washing, dry cleaning performance, especially with better effect of DP resin;

4, the chemical stability is good, the stability of the emulsion is not changed with the pH value of the working fluid;

5, with good penetration, low foam performance, and therefore the application is better;

6, non flammable solvent, easy to handle;

7, after finishing the fabric, repeated washing ability.

In order to ensure CJF-T610 best water repellent oil repellent, dip rolling working pH value should be controlled in a weak acid, if the pH value is too high, ice acetic acid to adjust. The dosage and process conditions of the above additives are the empirical values, and the dosage and process conditions of the auxiliary agents may vary greatly, not in the scope of the above mentioned, should be adjusted according to the actual situation of the factory.
