Performance profile

Synergistic flame retardant of CJF-C12 coatings for the flame retardant containing halogen organic compounds and antimony compounds. Suitable for flame retardant coating finishing of fabrics, fabric can be polyester, cotton and polyester / cotton blended fabric etc.. This product is only suitable for mixed use of water - borne coatings. After drying, baking, can be repeatedly washed.

Usage and dosage

A. used in the coating of coating

Flame retardant CJF-F107 agent and the proportion of adhesive coating for 1 ~ 1.5 (coating gum content of about 40%), transferred to appropriate thickness, flame retardant properties of fabrics for fabric thick different and stem increased weight should be different.

The general thin fabric (50 ~ 70g/m2), weight gain of more than 25%;

Medium thick fabric (70 ~ 125g/m2), the weight gain of more than 35%;

Thick fabric (125g/m2 above), the increase in more than 45%.

The fabric of different fabric structure, fabric density, weight is also different. Through the laboratory sample, to determine the best dosage.

B. process conditions

Packaging and storage

1 Pack: 200Kg, 50Kg plastic drum.

2 storage: sealed storage, storage for one year at room temperature. Anti freezing, exposure.
