Durable flame retardant for CJF-C11

Performance profile

CJF-C11 wool with durable flame retardant for containing fluorine, titanium, zirconium element of composite flame retardant, for wool textile (including other animal fiber) of the flame retardant finishing, is a highly effective flame retardant. The fabric does not affect the feel of the flame retardant finishing of this product.

Usage and dosage

The use of impregnation, CJF-C11 and CJF-C11A composite, the dosage ratio of 1:4. The technological formula and the conditions are as follows:

CJF-C11 2% ~ 5% (o.w.f)

CJF-C11A 8% ~ 20% (o.w.f) () is heated to dissolve the CJF-F111A.

Bath ratio 1: 10 ~ 15

PH 2 ~ 3 (formic acid or hydrochloric acid)

Temperature 40 C ~ 80

Immersion time 40 to 60 minutes

Clear water wash 2 ~ 3 times (to ensure the pH above 5 cloth)

Note

(1) the fabric of wool to be cleaned shall be thoroughly cleaned and then treated with flame retardant.

(2) when the working fluid is formulated, the flame retardant CJF-C11A is fully dissolved and then used.

(3) flame retardant finishing can be carried out in the dyeing, dyeing, or in the same bath.

(4) the working fluid can not be added to the sulfate and phosphate water.

1 Pack: 200Kg, 50Kg plastic drum.

2 storage: sealed storage, storage for one year at room temperature. Anti freezing, exposure.
