CJF-C5 polyester durable flame retardant

Performance profile

CJF-C5 polyester flame retardant for aliphatic halide containing organic compounds and smoke suppression agent, dispersing agent and other substances compound. The durable flame retardant finishing of polyester and its blended fabric can be used in flame retardant finishing of polyester fabric with the same bath method and dipping method. With the dye bath method for flame retardant finishing, the effect is the best. Does not affect the feel, color. Can be repeatedly washed.

Usage and dosage

Same bath method:

Working fluid formulation:

CJF-C5 20 ~ 30% (o.w.f)

Bath ratio 1:15

PH value 5 ~ 5.5

The process route: water washing, disperse dyes and flame retardant with the same bath (135 ~ 40, 130 ~ 60 minutes).

Dry (120 C, 2 min) - > > (180 - 1 - 2 - minute) - > finished product

Dip method: CJF-C5 300 ~ 350g/l

2g/l CJF-S320

Rolling rate of 70 ~ 80%

Packaging and storage

1 Pack: 200Kg, 50Kg plastic drum.

2 storage: sealed storage, storage for one year at room temperature. Anti freezing, exposure.
