Performance profile

CJF-C4 polyester flame retardant system of water soluble flame retardant, widely used in polyester, polyester blended fabric and other chemical fiber textile flame retardant finishing. The flame retardant is heated to produce non combustible gas and non combustible solid cover, so as to play a role in the fabric.

The fabric is not easy to absorb moisture by the fabric. Flame retardant migration, no frosting, not white, is an ideal flame retardant products

Usage and dosage

Dip method: CJF-C4 150 ~ 250g/L

Rolling rate of 60 ~ 80%

100 for drying, 170 to 180 for 1 minutes.

Packaging and storage

1 Pack: 200Kg, 50Kg plastic drum.

2 storage: sealed storage, room temperature for more than a year not bad. Avoid freezing, exposure. If the temperature is low, the white crystallization, does not affect the use of quality. By heating to 50 degrees Celsius, can melt crystallization, continue to use.
